Before arriving in the Algarve, Rebecca used to work as an Independent Midwife specialising in home births and catered to an extensive clientele scattered all across the vibrant city of London.
She found herself on the extraordinary path of motherhood. This was hugely exciting and she loved putting everything she taught into practise – resulting in a calm and confident pregnancy and birthing experience.
After a decade in London, Rebecca and her family made the decision to leave the chaos of the big city behind and embark on a journey to find tranquility in Algarve. There primary motivation was to provide their daughter with a peaceful and stress-free environment. Now that she has settled at school Rebecca finds herself free to continue providing mothers-to-be with techniques, knowledge and confidence in themselves to achieve a positive pregnancy and birth experience by offering my services as a Birth Coach and Yoga Teacher.
