Bring your little ones in their favourite costumes for a spooky yet fun yoga session on 2nd November. Afterward, we’ll have a mini party with spooky snacks and activities to match the Halloween spirit! This event is perfect for kids aged 3-11 years.

Alignment Workshop – 15th November

Deepen your practice and refine your postures in our Alignment Workshop. This session is ideal for anyone looking to improve their understanding of key yoga poses, prevent injuries, and find stability and balance on the mat. We’ll focus on alignment principles and techniques, helping you gain confidence and clarity in your practice.

Create Harmony Mindfulness & Yoga Autumn Workshop – 17th November

On 17th November, join us for the Create Harmony Mindfulness & Yoga Autumn Workshop. Celebrate One Year of Luz Aura – Free Open Day

Luz Aura Yoga Studio is turning one, and we want to celebrate with you! On our studio anniversary, we’re hosting a free open day with a full schedule of complimentary classes for all ages, including Kids Yoga, Morning Flow, Move & Melt, Yin Yoga, Barre, Pilates, vinyasa (in portuguese) and an Arm Balance Workshop.
